The apprenticeship tax also enables students to benefit from study trips and international workshops, which provide them with the knowledge and skills they need to exercise their future professions. It also helps support students in a changing world, by ensuring the renewal of educational programs that are more attentive to societal and environmental issues.
  

ENSAPLV: authorized to receive apprenticeship tax

ENSALV is an administrative public establishment for higher education, and is authorized to collect the balance of the taxe d’apprentissage (apprenticeship tax). This balance, which represents 0.09% of payroll for the year N-1, is used to finance schools offering initial technological and vocational training. It is the only compulsory tax that companies can choose how to allocate.

From May 26, 2026: SOLTéA platform opens to employers
May 26 to August 21, 2026: first employer allocation period
September 3 to October 21, 2026: second allocation period for employers
  

How do I pay my balance at ENSAPLV?

The balance of the apprenticeship tax is collected directly by URSSAF and MSA.

Step 1: declaration and payment to URSSAF
Make your declaration and payment of the balance of the apprenticeship tax (i.e. 0.09% of payroll for 2025) to URSSAF, on the Déclaration Sociale Nominative (DSN) of April 2026.

Step 2: Choosing the beneficiary
Designate ENSAPLV as beneficiary on the SOLTéA platform for distributing the balance of the taxe d’apprentissage no later than October 21, 2026.
URSSAF will pay the amounts collected to Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations, which is responsible for transferring the funds to the establishment you have designated.
