Bruno Mengoli: "The existing city and heritage planning regulations: matters for history, matters for projects?"
Physical locationAmphi 302 - ENSAPLV, 144 avenue de Flandre, 75019 Paris

Bruno Mengoli, state architect and urban planner, inspector of heritage and architecture in the “architecture and protected areas” section of the French Ministry of Culture, and former director of ENSAPLV, returns to the school to discuss the challenges of urban planning in relation to heritage issues… which are not always where you’d expect them to be!
The session, based on case studies in Seine-Saint-Denis, is linked to lecturer Sophie Descat’s S6 course on the history of urban planning, but is open to all students interested in meeting a player specializing in these issues.
