To mark the 35th anniversary of the Diplôme d’études approfondies (DEA) “Jardins, Paysages, Territoires”, the AMP (Architecture, Milieu, Paysage) research team is organizing an international symposium.
From path to path and from landscape to landscape, the “Paysage en chemin/s” international symposium aims to bring together points of view, experiences and knowledge on the subject of landscape, following the paths of teachers and researchers, as well as a wide range of authors and professionals, trained as part of the Diplôme d’études approfondies “Jardins, paysages, territoires” – ENSAPLV-EHESS then Université de Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, between 1991 and 2005.
The aim is to bring together the points of view of those who have come into contact with the vision of this movement of thought, elaborating, criticizing and revising it, and thus bringing it to life and evolving. It aims to take stock of the thinking and action undertaken since the 1990s around Landscape as a scientific, political and operative field, and its current role in the context of the contemporary social, ecological and climatic crisis.
