A series of lectures entitled “Tremblements du Monde – Architecture: conflits, résistances et reconstructions” organized by the AGIR group at ENSA Clermont-Ferrand and coordinated by architect and teacher Marc-Antoine Durand.
In a world of growing tensions, where narratives clash as much as realities, it’s becoming essential to build lucid, situated tools of understanding. Through the voices of architects, historians, curators and students engaged in contexts of political, military or institutional violence, this program questions ways of living, thinking and acting in a world in crisis, with a critical approach to contemporary geopolitical upheavals.
The cycle is aimed at the entire community of French national schools of architecture, and is broadcast live on the ENSACF YouTube channel, then accessible via streaming. Six meetings are scheduled for one Tuesday evening a month at 6.30pm.
