Position and responsibilities

Audit Rénovation, an architectural design firm based in the 12th arrondissement, is seeking an architectural intern to assist the condominium project manager with architectural assessments, energy audits, and project management related to energy-efficient renovations.

On-site diagnostics and analyses • Conduct on-site inspections: dimensional measurements, visual analysis of the building envelope, structure, ventilation, circulation areas, and common areas • Collect and analyze data: energy bills, plans, photographs, measurements, and thermal imaging • Conduct the architectural audit: identify building pathologies, structural issues, and regulatory compliance concerns

Production of deliverables • Draft DTG and comprehensive audit reports, ensuring the quality and compliance of deliverables • Develop costed work scenarios incorporating financial engineering: review of financial statements, calculation of subsidies (MaPrimeRénov’, CEE, eco-PTZ), and financing plans • Contribute to the design firm’s technical and regulatory monitoring

Customer Relations and Project Management • Assess renovation priorities and objectives in consultation with co-owners and property managers • Present the results of studies at general meetings or homeowners’ association board meetings • Monitor project progress and manage priorities across multiple concurrent projects • Participate in the development of new offerings and methodologies for the design office


Desired profile

Architecture student (DE, HMONP) or related field (civil engineering, building energy efficiency) – Bachelor’s or Master’s degree • In-depth knowledge of construction techniques and materials • Interest in condominium management and real estate asset management • Solid understanding of building energy performance

Skills and Qualities • Excellent writing and summarization skills • Strong interpersonal skills and a knack for advising clients • Independence, attention to detail, and ability to manage priorities • Knowledge of financial assistance programs (CEE, MPR, eco-PTZ) is a plus • Proficiency with thermal calculation tools (e.g., 3CL, TH-C-E) is a plus
