Organization
FONCIERE TERRE DE LIENS
47 AVENUE PASTEUR 93100 MONTREUILSince 2007, Foncière Terre de Liens and Fondation Terre de Liens have acquired 400 farms throughout France thanks to the mobilization of citizens. These properties promote access to land and the establishment of farming projects that respect nature and people (organic farming).
Here are the commitments that have mobilized Terre de Liens (www.terredeliens.org) for the past 20 years.
Foncière Terre de Liens is part of the Terre de Liens movement, and is the solidarity-based farmland investment company. It buys farms with the help of citizens’ savings to halt the disappearance of farmland and reduce the difficulties of access to agricultural land. These sites are leased to farmers developing organic, peasant and local agriculture.
La Foncière Terre de Liens must assume the obligations of a lessor of built property in a global context of cooperation between lessee, owner and volunteers, a constrained economic model, and the specific framework of rural law.
La Foncière Terre de Liens is recruiting a Building Asset Management Manager to work with the 9 current Building Asset Management Managers (engineers and architects).
