ArchitrajectoirES aims to track the career paths of architects by surveying alumni of ENSA Paris-la Villette (1/10th of the national student body).
In 2025, the survey focused on dual-degree programs in architecture and engineering. A report will be produced, and an exhibition and a roundtable discussion were held in February 2026 to present the results to the School’s communities and visitors at the Open House. The 2027 edition will focus on scenography. The alumni registration form will be expanded to provide a better understanding of their profiles. An educational tool in the form of a serious game featuring the “7 Families” of architectural professions, as well as a career forum, are in the works.
Annual Programs:
- Research: One survey per year on a professional development profile found among alumni.
- Events: An annual gathering of alumni and current students based on the findings of this research (roundtable discussion and exhibition), as well as guided tours of the exhibition during ENSAPLV’s Open House.
- Networking: Creation of a directory of the School’s alumni and a project to launch a platform for communication.
Previous topics:
- Training at HMONP as a “workshop for architects” in 2022.
- Skills and Careers of the Future: An Assessment of Skills Needs in Architecture in 2023 – CMA-Archi.
