ENSA Paris-la Villette Hosts the “Sustainable Buildings in the Île-de-France Region” Commission

The Île-de-France Sustainable Neighborhoods and Buildings Commissions (QDF or BDF) are forums for evaluation, discussion, and the sharing of experiences among project teams, commission members, and the public. They are organized every two weeks by the Ekopolis association.

10:15 a.m. – Introduction
10:30 a.m. – Project 1: Quinze-Vingts : Renovation of the facades and addition of a new story to the clinical building – Paris (12th arrondissement) – Design phase

Renovation of the existing facades dating from the 1960s, approximately 12,000 m², presenting significant architectural and thermal challenges. Construction of two additional stories totaling approximately 2,000 m² to be used as consultation rooms and/or medical and paramedical offices.

Lot M7, 83 apartment units and 4 single-family homes (Noisy-le-Grand, 93) – Design phase : Project Owner (MOA): REI Habitat ; Project Manager (MOE): Tolila+Gilliland ; BDF Support: Mathilde Poirier – EODD
Meets the 2031 threshold of the 2020 Energy Regulation (Ic_Construction and Ic_Energy), Level 3 Bio-based label (2024 decree version), NF Habitat Très Performant certification, 100% PEFC-certified French wood, reuse: 5% of construction costs allocated to the purchase, installation, and supply of reused materials through REI Habitat’s subsidiary, Remake.
