ENSA Paris-la Villette is recruiting a project manager “Support for the development of the 1000 doctoral students for territories program” for the development and steering support department (6 people) under the supervision of the department manager.
The “1000 doctorants pour les territoires” program is funded by the French Ministry of Higher Education and Research, supported by CNAM and operated by lʼENSAPLV under an ad-hoc agreement. It involves developing the use of theses in local authorities, public establishments and associations eligible for the Cifre scheme.
The tasks of the “Support for the development of the 1000 doctoral students for the territories” project manager (M/F) revolve around the following three components, involving advocacy and awareness-raising missions:
- Feed the program and its various sections (toolbox, testimonials, news, in the press) with content tailored to users: promoting interviews and feedback from support beneficiaries on the website in the form of booklets, relaying scientific news related to community doctorates, highlighting dʼAAPs, thematic monitoring (e.g. on LinkedIn, newsletter, relaying and promoting thesis offers on Linkedin).
- Prepare and run online or face-to-face information sessions for students, researchers, local authority staff and associations (roundtables, webinars, Cifre forums, seminars or colloquia, national networks on the professional integration and careers of PhDs, etc.).
- Structuring the general advocacy of the Cifre SHS thesis in the community as a vector for social innovation in territories. To do this, we’ll compile a bibliography on the subject, promote the work of researchers and institutions working on the subject, and capitalize on the results of the 1,000 doctoral student evaluations on the scale of the TDE (Territoires d’Engagement de l’ANCT) and ACTEE programs.

ENSA Paris-la Villette on Japanese time. A week of dialogue and exchange
ENSA Paris-la Villette is delighted to welcome a large delegation from its Japanese partner universities from March 9 to 16: The University of Tokyo, Meiji University, Chiba University, Tokyo City University, Institute of Science Tokyo, Kyoto University, Kyushu University.
Their visit, made possible thanks to funding from the European Union’s Erasmus+ program, is accompanied by a number of events that will benefit the school’s students, alumni and teaching staff, most of which will also be open to the general public. Course presentations, round tables and conferences, as well as an exhibition, will provide ample opportunity for meetings and exchanges.
This event is intended both as a retrospective celebrating the educational, scientific and human relations that have linked ENSAPLV and its Japanese academic partners for several decades, and as an opportunity to initiate new research and educational projects co-constructed on promising themes for the future.

ENSAPLV commits to equal opportunities in access to architectural studies
In partnership with the Fondation Culture & Diversité, the school is hosting its first “Equal opportunities at the school of architecture” course, from February 9 to 13.
Students taking part in this program benefit from courses, visits to cultural institutions, building sites and/or agencies, and meetings with teachers and professionals. Together, they produce an architectural project.
The aim is to inform them about architectural studies and career opportunities, and to prepare them for the Parcoursup and selection procedures for the Écoles nationales supérieures d’architecture (ENSA). Admitted students are then supported throughout their university studies.

3007 visitors to Open Day 2026
On Saturday February 7, ENSA Paris-la Villette welcomed a large number of visitors who came to find out more about studying architecture and the specific features of ENSA Paris-la Villette: the range of initial and specialized courses on offer, admissions procedures, the course of studies, international mobility, careers in architecture and professional integration, student life…
Alone, with friends or family, visitors wandered around the school premises to discover the student work on display (architectural projects, performing arts and techniques, plastic arts, etc.) and to meet students, teachers and administrative staff, who were on hand to answer any questions.
