ENSA Paris-la Villette won the “ExcellencES sous toutes ses formes” call for projects (PIA4, ANR) with the “ConfluencES” program, launched in 2025 and led by CNAM (formerly HESAM Université) for the period 2025-2032.
The ConfluencES program aims to improve students’ integration into the world of work by transforming the range of training courses on offer, continuously upgrading them and adapting them to local needs and to the rapid transformation of professions, in order to meet the challenges of transition within a lifelong learning perspective.
ConfluencES aims to sustainably rethink training in terms of content, format and location, to better prepare citizens and professionals for the transformations of tomorrow.
It is built around 4 axes:
- Focus 1 – Transforming the development of our training offer
- Axis 2 – Transforming learning spaces
- Area 3 – New research activities
- Axis 4 – New learning opportunities
ENSA Paris-la Villette is involved in 3 of the 4 program areas
- Transformation of learning spaces (Axis 2) with theLieux HybridES action
>> Pedagogical experimentation component.
Development of experimental cultures and pedagogies with hybrid places for co-creation and experimentation fostering interdisciplinary collaboration. - New research activities (Axis 3) with theArchitrajectoirES / La Villette Proaction
>> Observation of the professional practices of ENSAPLV graduates.
Follow-up of the professionalization trajectories of ENSAPLV students and adaptation of professionalization courses. - New learning opportunities (Axe 4) with thePACTe action (Plateforme d’Actions et de Coopérations Territoriales), in particular with the pilot region of Bourgogne-Franche Comté
>> Partnerships with local and regional authorities.
Dissemination of knowledge and practices to local and regional authorities and civil society players as part of expert appraisal and public policy support missions, and dissemination of architectural culture and architectural issues to public institutions and local and regional authorities.
